Last week, I had the tremendous privilege of interviewing Wim Wenders, the director of my favorite film: Wings of Desire.
We talked about his impressive new collaboration with Sam Shepard: Don't Come Knocking, his recent collaboration with Scott Derrickson: Land of Plenty, the most impressive cinema experience he's had since 2001: A Space Odyssey -- Terrence Malick's The New World, and Christian faith.
Then, I asked Scott Derrickson for "a second opinion" about what makes Wenders' films so distinctive. That way, you're not just going to take my word for it.
Enjoy!
